Focus & Scope

This journal aims to present scientific works related to thoughts or studies in the field of Contemporary Islamic family law. Furthermore, it aims to improve the understanding of Contemporary Islamic family law through the publication of articles and research reports. The scope of the journal includes marriage disputes, comparative Islamic family law in Muslim-majority countries, indigenous Islamic family law, the role and practice of religious courts in Indonesia, and various contemporary issues in Islamic family law.
