Moderasi Beragama di Era Digital: Dinamika Penyebaran Pesan Keagamaan Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo di Media Sosial

This study explores the implementation of religious moderation in the digital preaching strategies of Lirboyo Boarding School, focusing on the utilization of social media to disseminate Islamic values that are moderate, inclusive and relevant. A qualitative research approach with a case study design was employed to analyze the digital preaching activities of the boarding school, including interviews, observations, and content analysis. The findings reveal that Lirboyo Boarding School effectively utilizes platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to reach a broad audience, particularly younger generations. The content emphasizes values of tolerance and balance, delivered through creative approaches rooted in Islamic principles. Challenges such as digital media polarization are addressed through rigorous content evaluation processes. Through these strategies, Lirboyo Boarding Schooolnot only preserves its scholarly traditions but also remains relevant in the modern era, serving as a model for traditional boarding school adapting to digital challenges. This study significantly contributes to the literature on religious moderation and digital preaching, highlighting the potential of social media as a strategic tool for fostering social harmony.
