Globalization has an impact on tools, communication, information, and jobs that are different and more sophisticated than before especially technology. The impact of technology on children is its use for things that apply over time, such as playing online games. Game also has a positive impact such as training in problem-solving and also refresh the mind from various activities carried out in addition to counteracting radicalism. This study describes the process and results of developing a game based on Macromedia Flash to counter radicalism in children. This research method uses the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data was collected using validity sheets, practicality sheets, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this study refers to three aspects, namely validity, practicability, and effectiveness. The resulting product is a game based on Macromedia Flash with valid, practical, and effective criteria. The learning media is valid with a value of 4.5 which has a valid assessment, practical with a value of 4.33 which has practicality, and is effective in terms of children's responses related to religious tolerance with a value of 89.20% which has very positive criteria.
