Z is a 5-year-old girl. The subject has a history of abnormal cerebral palsy and difficulty communicating his wishes. Based on the results of the interview and observation assessments, the subject was diagnosed with cerebral palsy with the problem of lack of vocabulary that is owned so that it difficult to carry out interpersonal communication. This resulted in the subject not being able to express his wishes through language, he could only whine and cry if his wishes did not match what he wanted. This study aims to increase vocabulary using modeling techniques. This research is a single subject research with a single subject. The intervention in this study consisted of seven sessions and lasted 60 minutes in each session. The changes experienced by the subjects were evaluated using a checklist of observations before and after the intervention and follow-up. The results showed that there was an increase in the subject's vocabulary skills which could be seen from the increase in scores on the pre-test and post-test as well as follow-up.
