Javanese philosophy is known as the result of the thoughts, feelings and intentions of Javanese ancestors. This philosophy is passed down from generation to generation to serve as guideline and guidance for Javanese life. In this globalization era, Javanese philosophy is considered starting to fade. Therefore, Javanese people's attitudes towards life appear to shift from the teachings of Javanese philosophy. Various cases occurred recently prove it . The object of this research is the novel Punakawan Mengganti by Ardian Kresna. The theory used in this research is literary sociology. Based on the research, 5 values of Javanese philosophy were found, namely (1) Ajining Diri saka Lathi, Ajining Raga saka Busana (take care of your words and yourself) , (2) Gupuh, Aruh, Rengkuh, lan Suguh (friendly and generous), (3) Curiga Manjing Warangka, Warangka Manjing Curiga (getting close to God) (4) Digugu lan ditiru (being obeyed and imitated, (5) Napihi Wong Kawudan (social concern). Apart from that, there are two ways to implement these values, namely through teachers and students
