The role of teacher, Creativity, SBdP LearningAbstract
Teachers is very important role in developing creativity in students and by developing creativity in students with creative teachers as well. By having teachers who are creative in teaching the lessons that will be provided by students, creativity will also be created in students. Teachers in art learning face problems and difficulties because the teacher is not a special art teacher. And the lack of interest among students in carrying out SBdP learning activities makes it difficult to develop students' creativity. The research used is qualitative research with a descriptive type. Meanwhile, data collection in this research used interview, observation and documentation methods. The research subjects were the principal as the main informant, one class teacher as the key informant, five students as additional informants. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and data verification. And the data validity testing techniques used are source triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of SBdP learning activities in developing students' creativity is quite good, in this case it can be seen from the students' ability to take part in SBdP learning where SBdP learning cannot be separated from activities that produce a work and students' creativity can be seen from their activeness in take part in SBdP learning.
