Pengaruh Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Dan Penggunaan Sarana Prasarana Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Fikih MIN 1 Jombang

Melihat realitas yang terjadi, aktivitas kerja guru MI Negeri 1 Jombang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masih dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Masalahnya sekarang bagaimana pengelolaan kurikulum dan sarana prasarana madrasah yang baik? Begitupun dengan tugas seorang guru yang dikerjakan akibat dorongan dari pengarutan kurikulum dan fasilitas madrasah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain adalah metode angket, dan metode dokumentasi, kemudian menyebar angket dengan jumlah sampe 37 Guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan perhitungan perhitungan SPSS uji t secara parsial diketahui variabel Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, hal ini sesuai dengan adanya thitung > ttabel yakni 3,230 > 2,030 dan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. dan variabel Manajemen Sarana Prasarana juga memiliki pengaruh hal ini sesuai dengan adanya thitung > ttabel yakni 2,720 > 2,030 dan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,010 < 0,05. Sedangkan perhitungan perhitungan SPSS uji f secara stimultan Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Manajemen Sarana Prasarana juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di MI Negeri 1 Jombang hal ini sesuai dengan Fhitung = 29,353 dan Ftabel 3,27 sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel. Melihat dari hasil penelitian tersebut diatas dalam implementasinya di MI Negeri 1 Jombang Guru dapat dikatakan kinerjanya meningkat dalam pembelajaran apabila kondisi kurikulum disesuaikan dengan kondisi madrasah, serta kebutuhan sarana prasarana madrasah juga memadai untuk menjadikan proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik.
