Some of the operations of Journal Legitima : Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam are financed by Universitas Islam Tribakti Lirboyo Kediri, Indonesia, and by authors through what is commonly known as Article Processing Charges (APCs).

Journal Legitima : Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam does not accept advertisements from any parties.

Direct Marketing
In promoting the journal and its publications to the public, Journal Legitima : Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam ensures that its marketing efforts do not harm other parties (e.g., sending spam) and strive to prevent any misleading information between prospective authors and the publisher.
