This research aims to describe in depth the implementation of classroom management based on multiple intelligences at MI Ismailiyah Paradigma Baru Mojokerto. Apart from that, this research also identifies factors that hinder this process and explores the efforts made to optimize it. By adopting a holistic education approach, the multiple intelligences program at this madrasah is designed to meet the multiple intelligence needs of students through specialization, extracurriculars, and character-based learning. This research is qualitative research. The research results show the success of implementing multiple intelligences, which is proven by the development of students' spiritual, intellectual and social potential. However, there are several internal obstacles, including limited teacher competence, inadequate facilities, and inconsistent parental support. To overcome this challenge, optimization steps are being taken through training for teachers, improving facilities, and innovation in technology-based learning. In contrast to previous studies (Rahmawati, 2021) which emphasized technological aspects, this research highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values and local culture as key elements. With this approach, MI Ismailiyah New Paradigm Mojokerto (MIPABA) can become a holistic and inclusive education model in the context of multiple intelligences
