This study examined the SLC program in overcoming four common challenges for students, communication skills, confidence, family involvement, responsibility. The researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this context, the techniques of observation, semi-structured interview, and questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 3 4th grade students for interviews and 25 parents for filling out questionnaire forms. The stages of SLC implementation include coach selection, coaching and mentoring process, presentation preparation, presentation, and evaluation. The results showed that SLC has a positive impact in helping students acquire skills including communication skills, confidence, family involvement, responsibility
