Strengthening literacy in fiqh material at the Tarbiyatul Aitam Islamic Boarding School through the application of the sorogan and bandongan methods using the yellow book, especially the Fatkhul Qorib fiqh book. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe in depth the implementation of this learning method. The research results show that the sorogan and bandongan methods play a significant role in increasing students' understanding of fiqh literacy, both conceptually and practically. Through sorogan, students can study the book individually with direct guidance from a kyai or ustadz, while the bandongan method allows students to receive collective explanations, thus supporting the formation of a collective understanding, thereby supporting the formation of a holistic understanding. This research also highlights the importance of the yellow book, especially Fatkhul Qorib, as the main source in strengthening the foundation of Islamic jurisprudence literacy among Islamic students. Thus, these two methods have proven to be effective in supporting the strengthening of literacy in Islamic jurisprudence materials in Islamic boarding school environments
