Peer Reviewer Process
All submitted articles will be reviewed by the editorial staff first. The authors' manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using Plagiarism Checker and iThenticate software. Manuscripts that have a plagiarism value of more than 30% will be immediately rejected and returned to the author.
Articles that are considered not in accordance with the criteria of this journal will be rejected without conducting an external review process. Articles that fit the journal criteria and have potential reader interest will be sent to reviewers with a "Double blind reviewers" system. The reviewers' comments are then sent to the authors for necessary actions and responses. The reviewers' suggested decisions will be evaluated in an editorial board meeting. After that, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.
Authors are welcome to suggest at least three potential reviewers by including their names and email addresses. However, the decision to determine the appropriate reviewer belongs to the editor.
