Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Profesionalisme Guru dalam Mencegah dan Mengatasi Bullying di Sekolah Inklusi

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi, pengetahuan, serta karakteristik peserta didik secara optimal. Kualitas pendidikan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kurikulum dan sarana, namun juga dapat diukur melalui tingkat kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif. Kasus perundungan atau bullying menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius yang dapat menghambat terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan aman bagi peserta didik. Fenomena ini bisa terjadi dimana saja, baik di sekolah umum maupun sekolah inklusi. Sehingga hal ini menjadin tantangan tersendiri bagi guru untuk bisa memahami perbedaan individu, terutama bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus yang rentan terhadap perilaku diskriminatif. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru dalam upaya pencegahan serta penanganan kasus bullying ini di sekolah umum maupun inklusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, dengan mengkaji hasil penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru dengan kompetensi pedagogik, sosial, dan kepribadian yang baik mampu membangun budaya sekolah yang inklusif dan empatik. Oleh karena itu, penguatan profesionalisme guru melalui pelatihan, kolaborasi lintas profesi, dan pembinaan etika kerja menjadi faktor penting untuk mewujudkan sekolah inklusif yang bebas dari perundungan.
